I work to provide my clients tools for change and growth, within a safe, empathetic setting. I believe that everyone who comes into our practice brings with them a unique set of strengths, as well as obstacles to change. I work with clients to tailor strategies for effective change, whether my clients seek healing from old wounds, or the ability to deal with painful relationships. Together we will set goals that may be short-term or involve more extensive change. I feel privileged to hear my clients’ stories, and journey with them on the path to wholeness, knowing the courage it requires.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Indiana. I received my Master’s degree from University of Notre Dame and a Doctorate from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL. I have been practicing for over 20 years. Before joining Stress Recovery Center, I taught and supervised student interns at St. Mary’s College, worked in a community mental health setting and private practice.
